How To Schedule Pins With PinWizard
Scheduling pins manually one by one is slow. A better workflow is to batch your assets once, then let PinWizard publish on your timeline.
Step 1: Connect your Pinterest account
Go to Sign In and connect the Pinterest profile you use for publishing.
Step 2: Prepare your pin batch
Use clear filenames for each design and keep your title and description text ready in a spreadsheet or doc. This makes bulk creation much faster.
Step 3: Create your pins in PinWizard
Open the creation flow and add:
- Image(s)
- Title
- Description
- Destination URL
- Target board (and section if needed)
Repeat for each design you want to queue.
Step 4: Set publish times
Choose your dates and times in advance so your pins are distributed throughout the week instead of being posted all at once.
Step 5: Review and submit
Before confirming, check:
- Board selection
- URL correctness
- Description clarity
- Schedule spacing
Then submit the batch and let PinWizard handle the publishing cadence.
Practical cadence example
A simple starting cadence is:
- 2-3 fresh pins per day
- spaced across morning, afternoon, and evening slots
- grouped by board theme
Adjust based on your analytics after 2-4 weeks.
Final tip
Build one weekly session for scheduling and one weekly session for performance review. This keeps your Pinterest growth system consistent without daily manual work.
